I have known Ellen Perry since 2002 when we worked together at the Doña Ana Arts Council, a non-profit organization in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Both inside and outside the workplace, I found Ellen to be a person of integrity.

Ellen’s skills helped to organize the office environment and make it effective and efficient. She was always willing to go the extra mile when there were deadlines to meet whether it was a grant proposal or an event that needed attention.

She also displayed a wonderful obsession to be creative. I was always amazed at some of the ideas she brought forth. Ellen was a great team contributor to the Doña Ana Arts Council's operation. She always went out of her way to share with others.

I enjoyed her professionalism and pleasant attitude. She made my tenure at the DAAC more enjoyable.

My dad remarried when I was in high school. Ellen Perry with ESPecially Organized was that woman. We had a full house of children, 2 girls and 2 boys (all teenagers), plus them and it was often hectic at times with so many people in a very small 3-bedroom home. Ellen organized our days because there were so many of us in a small space. She made schedules for every chore for every child. For example, Tuesday I would make dinner, Wednesday I would wash my clothes, Thursday I would wash dishes and so on. Everyone had a day that they did a chore, and it made the household chores run more smoothly. Besides our schedules, all of the children shared a bath room (YUCK), so we all had baskets in which we stored our personal items. We carried that into the bathroom and back to our bedrooms when we were done, this cut down on the amount of clutter in the bathroom.

Over the years Ellen has spent a great deal of time organizing their home, garage, shops etc. She does a wonderful job at organizing just about anything you can imagine! Getting my dad organized is a task in itself and she has completed it with gusto.

I asked Ellen to come and organize a before-prom dinner for my twin daughters’ senior year of high school. Even though I live 4 hours from her location, she didn’t hesitate to come to my rescue and travel to my home in Carlsbad, New Mexico. In just a short interview with me, she determined what we had in mind for the dinner and proceeded to organize, decorate, and execute a fabulous and unforgettable dinner party for my daughters and their friends in my home. Keeping track of inventory as it was used up, transferred, became obsolete or damaged kept our company from operating efficiently since we invariably ended up either spending too much time looking for items needed, buying items we already had, and/or making last minute purchases (sometimes delivered overnight) that cost us plenty, and ate up profits.

Having Ellen Perry evaluate our system, and revamp it into a simple method of tracking everything from client files, to equipment, to ink cartridges saved us from wasting lots of time and money. Whether it's loaned out, or just running low, there is now no guess work involved.

On top of that, Ellen made us aware of how much time high salaried employees were spending trying to obtain equipment for their projects. She quickly developed a purchasing system that even the most fastidious employees were confident enough to trust for getting the right equipment in, and in a much more economical fashion.

Ellen gave us a perspective on organizing and efficiency that was simply astounding. Removing some of the hassles of running a day to day business is what we had hoped for, but the enormous cost savings Ellen brought to our company on top of that makes me proud to recommend her to any business, large or small. Ellen has been organizing since the day we met.  With a blended family (Ellen has 3 kids and I have 2) we would have never made it without her organizational skills.  She organized meals, laundry, cleaning, car pooling, and held a job outside of the home (40 hrs).  We are empty nesters now and she is still organizing and keeping things organized.  It is so much easier to find what you need when you put it away where it belongs (took me awhile to learn that one).  She has taught me that the time it takes to organize something is well worth it in the long run. - George

I have worked with Ellen Perry two different occasions in offices. First, I worked at a company that designed and manufactured digital electronic equipment. Ellen worked in the front office for the president of the company. She was very good at keeping the office organized even when there were many things happening at the same time. Not everyone is capable of keeping their head in chaotic situations.

Second, my brother and I bought a company and needed to organize the office from scratch. We had no idea where to start. We knew Ellen was a very capable office organizer so we hired her to come down and organize our office. She has experience in every facet of office organization and it took her no time to get us up and going. Hiring her saved us a lot of time and avoided a lot of mistakes and lost time we would have had if we had not hired her.
